Expense Manager
Two-currency expense tracking (EUR + UAH). Live analytics, receipt-linked entries, Telegram quick-add, and accountant-ready Excel exports.
I'm not a developer — I'm an Operations leader who got curious when AI made building accessible. The apps below are tools I built for my own work.
Two-currency expense tracking (EUR + UAH). Live analytics, receipt-linked entries, Telegram quick-add, and accountant-ready Excel exports.
A tool to track and structure daily tasks and workflows. Priorities, statuses, and notes in one place, with a clear view of ongoing work.
A tool to track and structure equipment across the team. Ownership, location, and full history in one place, including handovers, condition, and issues.
Internal bilingual Q&A tool for employees. Answers questions about the corporate medical insurance program in EN or UA — grounded strictly in the official policy documents.
I came up the sideways way. I trained as a pedagogue, moved into management, did the MBA, and spent a decade in Operations — most recently in an IT company.
When the AI era opened up building to non-developers, I jumped in. I take every course I can find (Make, n8n, AI tools), and I use what I learn to solve the same kinds of operational pain points I've been spotting for years.
The apps above are the result. Built for me, by me, for my actual work — and run like production software: automated tests and performance budgets gate every deploy, dependencies are scanned, and uptime is monitored 24/7.
